Driving Dubai Forward
Salik, meaning "open" or "clear" in Arabic, is Dubai's automated toll collection system. Launched by the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), it utilizes advanced RFID technology to allow vehicles to pass through toll gates without slowing down or stopping.
The system automatically scans the Salik tag attached to your windshield and deducts the toll fee from your prepaid account, ensuring smooth traffic flow on the city's busiest highways.
